How To Apply Your U.S Passport.

    1. Submit an application on line to Fill out application form. Print out the form with your signature.

    2. Valid or expired, undamaged, U.S. passport, and your name is not changed.

    3. One photo that should be taken within six months with white background.

    4. Proof of U.S. Citizenship documents, birth certificate and a photocopy.

    5. Confirmed travel itinerary. ( we will reserve the airlines ticket itinerary for you).

    6. Authorization letter. ( Contact Us for Authorization form ).

    7. Calculate application fees.

Apply Child Passport:  $115.00

Not include shipping fees.
